Mr. Singer began his business career in the automotive industry specializing in finance and marketing. By age 24 he operated and became a partner of a B2B automobile marketing and finance company. Allan continued his business career and became a registered securities professional enjoying success for the last 28 years. In 1994 Allan started and ran a very successful Wall Street research boutique firm catering exclusively to institutions. He created a quantitative stock model that he marketed to mutual funds, hedge funds, pension management funds and internal bank portfolios.

Recognizing the opportunity created by the 2012 Jobs Act legislation, Allan has now applied his well-honed talents and relationships to assisting U.S. companies meet their capital and growth goals. This often takes the form of private equity capital and Reg A+ public offerings as well as assisting small to medium sized companies to grow product sales revenue through digital marketing and strategic relationships.
